The Washington County Industrial Park offers approximately 80 certified acres and additional 140 acres joining in the south park and 350 acres in the north park. Water, sewer, natural gas, and fiber are available in the south park, and assessable in the north park.

The entire Industrial Park is situated in an Opportunity Zone and Washington County offers local level incentives also being an Enhanced Enterprise Zone. Build to suit options and land sales are negotiable.
